My partner and I are doing land and construction through Help To Buy scheme. We are wondering if we need to include some sort of “subject to help to buy final approval” in our contract. Or does the regular “subject to final approval” clause cover this? Our conveyancer’s useless, and being such a new scheme it is hard to find a conveyancer that knows anything about it.
