Movie ending different on Netflix??

If there is already a post on this, I’m sorry, I couldn’t find it.
I remember the movie from the theaters. I HATED THE ENDING.
It has kept me from watching the movie again until today.
I’m not going to say what that ending was other than the massive heartbreak death. And I don’t mean Gia.
But I did watch it today. And it cuts off with Logan and Veronica kissing goodbye, and Keith alive and well.

WHAT HAPPENED??
Why the change?!
Or was it just me having a very faulty memory I definitely don’t have??

I had my sphincterotomy last week. Thanks to everyone who shared their opinions and stories with me!
Here I am one week post surgery, and I’d say it worked. The pain and spasms have most definitely reduced significantly.
But now there is this new pain. And again, I’m one week out. This new pain feels exactly like a stomach ulcer, but on the right side. (So definitely not a stomach ulcer.) And it is unaffected by my pain meds I have from the months prior to the surgery.
Did anyone else feel like that?
Admittedly, it was hard for me to go back on solids after 5 days of liquids. And today I made the huge mistake of taking an iron pill, and eating chips and salsa. (It was Cinco De Mayo Taco Tuesday! I had no choice.) And WOW was that a mistake.
But dang this ulcer feeling is getting old, and I don’t know how to reduce the burning feeling!
