What is it about Kristen Bell's beauty ?

I already asked this question but it was took down so I'm re-posting it. I wanted to ask this question since a long time but I decided to do it because I saw a similar post about Alexis Bledel on Gilmore Girls ( link if y'all want : https://www.reddit.com/r/GilmoreGirls/comments/1rymmch/what_is_it_about_alexis_bledels_ethereal_beauty/ ) I really hope it stays up as some people were genuinely excited to comment on it (some even DM'd me to post it again). For me, she's like a Disney princess meets 1950s Hollywood starlet.

S4 ending

I just finished binge watching the series, including the movie, super late to the party. I know a lot of people hated how it ended, but I started to wonder about why it ended that way.

I assume they wanted to continue with a 5th season, and wanted to wipe the slate for Veronica. Of course she’d want to get far away from Neptune after what happened, opening up a new show formula for her to be in a new location every episode with a new cast so they don’t have to keep trying to get original actors to be regulars in the show again. Plus no man to tie her down so she can have new flings, which would’ve given me the ick but ratings right?

I’d of watched it. 🙃

First time watcher. Wtf

???????? I just finished season 3. I eagerly played the next episode thinking there was one more episode left in season 3, but no. It skipped to season 4 and introduces an entirely different plot line. The takes place a decade later!!!!

Was Veronica mars cancelled? And S4 is a reboot?

I’m so confused and disappointed. That plot line seemed really cool. So much was left dangling

Edit: is there a common fan headcanon ending for S3?

am i the only one that didn’t really care for logan or veronica at times?

i just seen a post on here where someone said they aren’t a huge fan of veronica relationship choices because they didn’t like it being her potential rapist or brother and it made me want to rant about something that has been on my chest about the show for a while so here it is

logan was veronica’s dead best friend’s ex/potential boyfriend at the time because they were in a toxic relationship (which honestly i’m not too sure how things were in the early 2000’s for teenagers but i’m pretty sure now and then that’s a huge no no) and another thing.. HE WAS EXTREMELY TOXIC i feel like her going back to logan really just showed that weevil was right at the end of the day veronica is well.. veronica. no matter what she’s been through or how much her “life changed”

and don’t get me wrong, i give veronica A LOT of grace because she’s literally a teenage girl whose been through some shit. but damn she was really contradicting sometimes 😭

like for the first season she spends the whole time crying about the 09ers and the way they treat people, but then she’ll turn around and use basically the same tactics when it benefits her. which that i’m not totally mad about but if that were the case and truly how you felt why choose logan?? out of all people?

and logan is probably the biggest example of this imo. she KNOWS what logan is like. she knew what he was like when he was dating lilly she knew how volatile he could be, she knew how he treated her after she fell from the 09er crowd, and she still kept getting pulled back toward him. but then again i am a first time watcher since the show has been out on Netflix and haven’t really been active on reddit so im not sure if she’s been called out for this but she KNEW there was something complicated and messy about what they’re doing, but she still goes along with it.

and then there’s the whole lilly situation. logan literally says he loved lilly and talks about how he doesn’t think she loved him the same way. then he basically uses “moving on” as the justification for kissing veronica. meanwhile veronica KNOWS how complicated that entire situation is because lilly was her best friend then tried to say her and logan trauma bonded like girl please.

and i actually think that’s why she wasn’t a big fan of weevil unless it benefited her because he always seen right through her bullshit. and omg don’t even get me started on that AND the way she treated her dad when it came HIS relationships AFTER SHE KNEW HER MOM CHEATED ON HIM?? AND WELACE??? the way she thought it would be okay for her dad to just talk to his mom and dangle her around until her mom came home??? that was just so fucked up sorry for being all over the place it’s just all coming back to me as i’m typing this i just feel like a lot of the things she did was so selfish but she always tried to act like she was morally superior to everyone else and it was seriously pathetic

so yeah maybe i’m just a hater lmfao but i genuinely never cared for logan as much as the fandom seems to… and to top it all off i didn’t really care that he died 🤷‍♀️

Weevil

Did it bother anyone how Veronica never apologized to Weevil for accusing Weevil of the Casino robbery and him almost going down for that Hearst ID crime when he mentioned he spoke in her criminology class

Weevil is my favorite.

Im through the first three seasons, the movie, and the first book. No one truly gets Veronica Mars the way Weevil does. I never actually wanted them to date or anything but had it happened i personally would not have been upset. My all time favorite moment (so far) was when they were in high school and he asked her for help she asked for money and he said he was banking on her curiosity to get to her and he just waited. Every moment since then just solidified my love of their relationship. I really wish his job at mars investigations had worked out though. He was actually good at it.

Veronica Mars - underrated

I just started watching Veronica Mars on Netflix. Never saw it during its original runs or reboot. It makes me really nostalgic for TV shows with 20+ episodes in a season and the reboot really did a good job of pulling in lots of people from the original series and giving closure to something that was left hanging.

I know I’m late to the game, but I’m not sure I have ever despised a finale more and the killing of Logan was so pointless. I just finished that episode and I am in literal tears.

Ventura Highway

Who else can't handle hearing this song after watching Return of the Kane? EVERY SINGLE TIME I watch this episode I am utterly destroyed. Just awful. The acting though... incredible.

Most unrealistic thing that happened in the show?

I obviously love this show. In the midst of a re-watch right now.

On the Season 1 finale…and twenty years later I still get a bit annoyed (and I get that it had to be done for the show to continue as it did) at Keith & Veronica signing an NDA settlement with the billionaire Kane family for a whopping…$50K?!?!?

Are there any other moments in the show I’m forgetting that made anyone else laugh and say, “Oh come on!?!?!”

Veronica Mars Missing Scene??? Season 3, Episode 13

I watched Veronica Mars with my mom, and when we went back to rewatch it, we both felt like there was a specific scene missing from the episode that we had seen before.

>!This is the episode where Logan gets tasked with watching Heather while Dick and his girlfriend are in Las Vegas. In the episode, Dick brings both girls to Logan's hotel room, but both my mom and I remember them meeting in an old school diner. Dick and his girlfriend sat at one table talking, and Logan and Heather sat at another table having a more awkward conversation, given that they aren't the same age obviously. Heather had a milkshake, and Logan was eating a platter of fries. Multiple times in the episode, the real one, Heather mentions a milkshake or ice cream place but we never see them go there. !<

Is this scene different between versions of Veronica Mars? I've been going crazy trying to figure out what happened to this scene.

Haven't seen this posted here but, Veronica Mars reference in Family Guy, S5E2: Mother Tucker

Sorry for the low quality, couldn't take a screenshot on Hulu. I was watching family guy when hanging out with friends and was surprised to see this come up. Quagmire flies a plane through Veronica's...lower areas, then one of the girls from The Simple Life, and then finally Greta Van Susteren but only after flying through some Jack Daniels.

S4 ending

Can we please get a season 5 and Logan is alive?!?! Can’t there be peace for him and the mars family already?! I love some of the ideas on how to make a season 5 or even a movie work that would have a great ending!

VM reference in The Inside Man(Netflix)

There was an unexpected reference in the Inside Man, where two characters are watching Veronica Mars. Very enjoyable show.
