Opal ice maker exorcicsm
My ice maker is possessed, making a high pitched whining and knocking almost once a day. It’s 2 weeks old! Is this normal? How do I resolve this?

Filter discoloration
Have owned a hot spring envoy for six years and never saw this before. Was rinsing my filters as I have monthly and this is the filter that was in the number one position. Any ideas what would cause this and more importantly how to fix it? Thanks.
