I love going to bar trivia nights. Unfortunately, I don't have people to go with and end up going alone. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find locals who would like to make a bartender trivia team? Like an app to meet people, or a way search for people?
I have recently started calisthenics as a way to build strength (weight lifting isn't that fun for me). I also have some lower back issues that will be alleviated with increased strength and flexibility. Unfortunately I can not work my back excessively or else it can hurt too much and cause other problems, so I need rest days often.
What are some good, low impact, low strain, lower back targeted excercises that I can do on rest days to gain strength faster?
Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
