Help...Our engineered wood floors have been cracking since we moved in Dec 2023. The builder or installer didn't test the floors to ensure they were installed correctly or complete the warranty paperwork to send to the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer for help, but they aren't local. I'm supposed to get a call back today to see if they can offer any suggestions. But there are so many experts on Reddit; I wanted to ask if anyone has any advice. We are in Cincinnati and will start our search for an expert to evaluate the floors. If you have any advice or know why this happens, please let me know.
