Celebrating a win!

Officially earned my 20lbs down charm today! It’s been 9 months on weight watchers with sustained average loss of 0.5lb/week.

Also went from being essentially sedentary to getting back to weight lifting and trying Pilates for the first time. Now my new favorite way to be active (easy on my joints).

I don’t track on holidays and try to be mindful on weekends without actively tracking. It may not work for everyone, but it has made the program feel more like something I can integrate into life long term rather than a short term diet.

I am amazed by the life changing weight loss posts on this sub regularly. Feeling grateful today for this comparably small win. Ten to go to reach goal!
