Is it wrong for me to get mad when my sister calls my chest small? (I am a 30I)

I generally consider myself to have a large bust for my size, and want to get a reduction. I have told my family I want to get a reduction, but they keep saying “you’re not even that big” and that “insurance won’t cover it if it’s cosmetic”. My sister is a 38H and whenever I talk about having a larger chest and that it causes me back pain, I have trouble finding bras (which are very expensive) and that they are very uncomfortable, she will tell me that they “are not even that big” and that my back pain “could be caused by anything”. This makes me upset because I feel my struggles from my bust size get invalidated because they don’t “look that big”. I think when people hear “I cup” they imagine a VERY large bust. However, there is no one set size for cup sizes as it depends on the band. I cup is a 9 inch different between under bust and bust, which I have a 30 under bust and 39 bust, which is why I am a 30I. When you have a smaller band size, the bust will of course appear smaller because I am smaller too. However, this does not mean they don’t cause me pain because although the size isn’t overall CRAZY BIG, they are quite large on my frame and are painful. Every time I say this to my family or sister, they never seem to listen, especially my sister, who says “you’re probably actually just a C cup”. Is it wrong for this to make me angry?
