Colonoscopy tomorrow and feeling very anxious for prep

I’ve been dealing with a fistula and reoccurring abscesses for a while now. My CRS wants to do a colonoscopy to check for Crohn’s. Started liquid only diet this morning and have only had iced tea, a little Gatorade, some water and a few servings of beef broth. For prep I am doing Dulcolax and MiraLAX as instructed. Have to take the Dulcolax (2 tabs) In an hour. Then 2 hours later start the MiraLAX which I have in the fridge premixed with Gatorade. Have to do half the mixture within an hour tonight, and the other half in the morning 5hrs pre-op. My biggest fear is that I currently have an open incision that was done 3.5 weeks ago that has not healed and is actively producing a lot of drainage. It’s super angry today and I’m so scared the anticipated diarrhea is going to irritate it so much more. I also have 2 setons in but they’re not really bothering me currently. Possibly getting a THIRD placed tomorrow.. This has all been so emotional and draining and I’m super depressed. Hoping for some answers tomorrow but very nervous :’(

Crohn’s diagnosis?

So I e been dealing with issues since early February. I was having bleeding after going to the bathroom but didn’t think anything of it. Told my mom and she said I should call the dr so I messaged my naturopath for a recommendation. Went and saw a colorectal surgeon, she diagnosed me with a fissure. Gave me diazepam ointment, didn’t do a damn thing. FF a week or two and I develop a big lump on my buttcheek. Call the dr back and they sent me in and I saw a different doctor who said it was an abscess. Went in for my first surgery where they placed a draining seton. Couple weeks later went back in because I had another large lump, they cut and drained it in the office. Went back a week or so later and it looked okay. Then another week to two after developed yet another abscess. Went in for another surgery and had a 2nd set in placed. A week or two goes by and ANOTHER lump develops. Ended up going to the ER per their suggestion because it was a weekend and they cut a new incision in to drain just in the ER. I still have a small lump. It’s been at least 3 weeks and the incision has not healed. I saw the CRS Friday and he said it should’ve healed more. So basically I still have the lump, I still have a lot of drainage, and even slightly pressing on the lump causes the incision to bleed a lot. I have a colonoscopy scheduled for this Friday. Prior to all this happening I was having diarrhea for a month or two. Like having to run to the bathroom and couldn’t control it. I’m honestly SO over all of this. I’m depressed, constantly in pain and uncomfortable. Sick of my ass constantly leaking some sort of fluid. Honestly I almost hope I have Crohn’s so they can resolve it. But anyone else been through this journey? When does it end? I want to just feel normal again. I can’t exercise, sweating makes it burn… sitting too long hurts… I’m truly ready to jump off a damn bridge here. HELP.

ETA I do have a large fistula. Dr showed me and described it as a large crater in my rectum. Said they can’t operate on the fistula until the inflammation goes down…

I used the method curvlife shows. Put the glue on the nail, slid it up and down… hoping it sticks to my nails. Managed to avoid it getting in the actual nails but it’s literally all over my fingers still. How do I get it off without ruining my nails?!

I just recently got into press ons. My first set was BTArtbox and I used the curvlife semi solid glue. It worked well but made a mess. I put glue on my nail and the press on but saw them sharing videos of just putting it on the nail and then sliding it back and forth to spread glue before pressing? Anyone tried that method? Trying to avoid getting all the glue on my hands. I also saw some people say they put the tabs on first and then glue? To help prevent nail damage? What do you all feel is the best method for putting them on?
