In terms of feedings (1:1:1 starter, flour, water, in grams), how long would it take to dilute a regular gluten starter with plain flour to the point of being considered gluten free if switching it over to a gluten free flour (ie brown rice flour)?

(For people not acquainted with sourdough: the starter is a mix of water and flour in which you ferment your own yeast and bacteria to use in making sourdough bread. As it contains living things, you have to “feed” it regularly, discarding a portion and adding fresh water and flour for the yeast to use for food, hence slowly diluting the flour)

I’m from the US, and pretty much everyone considers Chinese products to be low-quality and cheap, and will sometimes go out of their way to buy non-Chinese items. However, do people in China also have this notion and try to buy foreign items for quality? I’m aware that a lot of the anti-China stuff here is American propaganda, but it is definitely rooted in at least some truth, as online Chinese retailers tend to focus on quantity over quality (Temu, Shein, etc.).

If there were no repeats and every level of emails were sent at the same time, how many levels would there be? Let’s just say the email is to be forwarded to five people.

Also (less mathy question), how would this relate to the six degrees of separation theory? (You are six or fewer aquantainces away from literally anyone on earth (ie: you have a friend who has a cousin whose high school teacher’s mom knows Kevin Bacon, for example))
