The felt difference between raw and not; an experience

So for some context, I had been dehydrating myself for a while, because I had read about it in dry fasting so I would just not drink water. But then I tried eating just vegan and just eating beans, and then I got really dry eyes that wouldn't go away. And people told me that I need to have living water instead of just drinking plain water which would just run through me and not fix the dry eyes. So I started eating watermelon, a lot of watermelon and what I found was really cool. There was a feast. This is such a funny story, that my family brought over coincidentally, and I didn't want to eat anything from it. I could feel the energy was lower. There were cooked green beans and I didn't want them. My body rejected them. However , there were mandarins which I ate one of. But then i caved and ate (ah the regret!). I haven't again felt that visceral difference between raw and not but I am hoping to try to go raw and see if I get that back. It was so cool.

Side note: reddit should have a voice note section. For fun. Can u tell ive never really posted to reddit. This is a voicenote but I guess people dont want to click on random links. Plus all I say is some meaningless stuff. Im just posting it for fun. https://voca.ro/12DfDgdTmMar

A cautionary tale - make sure you dont forget your menstrual cup at the end of your cycle

Just found a menstrual cup inside me from many many days ago. I dont know how long. It smelled bad.

When you think to yourself, "its so cool that my period ended that abruptly", maybe double check.
