Can I add distilled water to it? I don’t have the money right now to buy the chemicals from ozone and llc

I got a dupe one yesterday and realized I could probably get real hot rock globes to put in it, it DOES screw into the base like a real one! But it’s not a real one, tag says magma tower instead
I got a lamp just like this today but with wax instead of glitter, it has a cap but it’s for a normal diamond shape lamp. Does anyone have a FREE file to print one? I can’t find any online!

Who in their right mind sells a lamp that’s obviously not the right lamp on the box and labels it as that anyways.. I’m so confused..
