Dulles toll road east is a shit show

Dulles toll road is a shit show. Avoid. Stuck trying to get off on Hunter Mill Road for half an hour at this point.

My friend is devastated she lost her cat (Burke /Springfield area). The pet tracker she hired thinks someone may have taken him thinking he was a stray. He is microchiped and loved, so if anyone knows anything please reach out.
