After ages of procrastination, I've finally finished researching all the traits for every item. Turns out I had a ton of instant research items stashed away and decided to bite the bullet and spent 10s of thousands of gold to buy all the nirnhoned items I needed to research.

it sure would be nice if I could actually find groups and get into instances with more than 3 people running around, but for some reason, every time im on its dead af with only a few people in any given area
