First Gravel Bike Advice - €3k Budget - Living in Luxembourg (Hilly/Mixed Terrain)

Hi everyone,

I’m looking to buy my first "serious" bike. I’ve settled on a **Gravel Bike** because I want something versatile that handles a mix of pavement and forest trails.

**My Situation:**

* **Location:** Luxembourg (lots of punchy, steep hills and nice forest tracks).

* **Goal:** Use it for "adventure" and fitness. I want a workout, but I don't want to be "dead" after 5km of climbing.

* **Budget:** Up to €3,000.

* **Experience:** Beginner/Intermediate.

**What I'm looking for:**

  1. **Electric vs. Acoustic:** I'm still 50/50. I want the workout, but in Luxembourg, the hills are real. Is a "Light E-Gravel" worth it, or should I just get a higher-end Carbon acoustic bike?

  2. **Specific models **

  3. **Where to buy:** bike24, bike-components de?

Any Luxembourg-based riders here? What are you riding, and do you find yourself wishing for a motor on those Ardennes/Mullerthal climbs, or is a good carbon gravel bike enough?

Thanks!
