Had zero migraines on vacation…

I went on vacation, I ate junk, drank beers, shifted time zones significantly, less sleep and had zero migraines. I returned to work and have had a migraine every day, Today being the worst (had to call out). How do you deal with work being the trigger when it’s tied to income/profession? If your are in a professional career, what changes did you make that improved your symptoms? Also does anyone have the winning powerball numbers?

Update: Thank you all for your recommendations. It sucks to feel great and then be right back in the pit of despair. I am a little disappointed that none of you recommended quitting my job and becoming a bog witch 🧙 as a solution. jk lol

My Algorithm clocked me as a migraine suffer and Dr. Painkiller popped up in my feed. He does a good job of talking about migraines, treatments, myths. Just wanted to share. I know our families don’t always get us but think some of his videos might help them understand? May the odds be ever in your favor.
