My Boy is missing

My Boy is missing

For 2 years we looked after a feral boy we had named CK. We built shelter for him. We fed him. We gave him supplements. We dewormed him and we loved him. Now when we would take his food out to him he wouldn't run off. But he would walk very quickly and go behind a bush to watch us. Abbut a month ago he just sat there when we took his food out sat there and looked at us. This was very unusual behavior for him He did that for 2 days before he went missing. And I know this is projection but I can't help thinking that he was saying goodbye and I'm heartbroken.

I know in my heart that he's probably gone but I don't think I'll ever recover from missing him because there's no closure and I'll always wonder where he is. If he passed you know stuff like that.

My son-in-law asked me one day about him. How can you love something you've never touched? You don't need to touch something to feel love. You just need a strong connection and that's what I had with CK

Ck my love, hope that wherever you are, you're happy and you're at peace and meowmy will always love you

Help !My apple tree

Hi everyone

My apple tree which is approximately 5 years old is not doing so well this year. I'm in Ontario, Canada and we had a really rainy cold spring but we've had an enormous amount of rain.

So far my other apple trees are doing fine. It's just this one that's struggling. Can you please tell me what's wrong and how can I fix it

Complications in the division of the proceeds of my mother's house after her death

This is a long convoluted one. My mother passed away and left her house to my two brothers and I

Each of our names is on the deed, so with the sale of the house we split that and each get 1/3 of those proceeds. However, my brother who is executor wants to take a huge amount from the sale of the house and put it aside into an estate count as he says to use for upcoming fees, bills, I have not agreed to this. In fact this wasn't disclosed to me until I caught the error and asked him about it.

As far as I'm concerned, everything tied to the house financially has been settled except maybe for some small hydro bills etc because we've had to keep the house going until it's sold.

When I asked my brother for a list of expenses that he was going to use this money for, he refused to give it to me saying that he was executor and that was his responsibility to handle all the money issues.

We're not talking a small sum here. We're talking at least $122,000. My mother has $16,000 in the state account that should be more than enough to pay for any upcoming bills.

So my question is, is it legal for him to take one quarter of the proceeds from the sale of the house and put it in an estate account. And if it isn't, what can I do to mitigate it.
