
Down 28 in 6 months
Started the pills in January. Currently on 9mg and going up to 25mg in a week. As the chart shows, there were a couple plateaus but just stick with it.
My routine is pretty simple. Get up, take the pill, do all my morning routines, and the 30 minutes is up by the time breakfast is ready. I find some mornings I have no hunger for breakfast. Lunch and dinner portions are easily half what I used to eat. Post dinner snacking used to be my Achilles heel but some nights I won't want anything.
