EXPERIENCED OF CHATTER – $2.50/HR + 10% COMMISSION 💰

We are an established OF management agency looking for one experienced, high-performing chatter to join our long-term team.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already has strong OF chatting and sales experience and understands how to build genuine conversations, develop relationships with fans and turn those conversations into consistent sales.

💰 PAY

• $2.50/hour starting base rate
• 10% uncapped commission on sales
• Strong sellers have the opportunity to earn $1,250+ per month
• Paid every 2 weeks
• 13th-month bonus
• 1 paid day off per month

🕐 SCHEDULE

• 7-hour shifts
• 6 days per week
• Tuesday off
• Long-term, stable position

Shift:
🇬🇧 UK: 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM
🇧🇷 Brazil: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
🇿🇦 South Africa: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM
🇵🇭 Philippines: 4:00 AM – 11:00 AM

⭐ WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You should have:

• Previous experience as an OF chatter
• A proven ability to sell
• Excellent written English
• Strong conversational and relationship-building skills
• The ability to adapt to different creator personalities
• Fast typing speed (75+ WPM preferred)
• Excellent reliability and attendance
• A stable internet connection and working computer

We're particularly interested in chatters who understand long-term fan value. We don't want someone who immediately turns every conversation sexual or tries to force a PPV into every chat. We want someone who knows when to sell, when to build rapport, and how to keep good spenders engaged long-term.

You'll be joining an established team with experienced chatters who have worked with us long-term. We provide training, clear creator personalities, organised systems and ongoing feedback to help you perform at your best.

There is significant earning potential for the right seller because your commission is uncapped. The better you perform, the more you earn.

Our marketing brings us a strong flow of subscribers, and our strategy focuses heavily on maximising LTV rather than trying to make a quick sale from every fan.

For a genuinely strong chatter, there is significant commission potential.

# 🕐 SCHEDULE

6 days per week — Tuesday OFF

🇬🇧 UK: 9pm–4am
🇧🇷 Brazil / UTC−3: 5pm–12am
🇿🇦 South Africa: 10pm–5am
🇵🇭 Philippines: 4am–11am

This is a FIXED, long-term schedule.

# 🎯 WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

I'm looking for a chatter who:

• Has significant previous OF chatting experience
• Has FLUENT written English and excellent communication skills
• Types at 75+ WPM
• Replies quickly and can manage multiple conversations efficiently
• Can have genuinely engaging, deep and natural conversations
• Understands subscriber psychology and relationship building
• Knows how to build long-term relationships and maximise LTV
• Knows how to tease, build anticipation and create tension before selling
• Reads the fan and understands WHEN to sell
• Can adapt naturally to different personalities and conversations
• Is reliable, hardworking and takes responsibility for their work

I'm NOT looking for a "sexbot".

If your chatting style is generic sexual replies → PPV → more generic sexual replies → another PPV, this position probably isn't for you.

Due to our marketing strategy and the type of subscribers we attract, LTV is extremely important to us.

I want someone who can make a fan genuinely enjoy talking to the model, remember details about them, build relationships over time and recognise that sometimes the best decision for long-term revenue is NOT making an immediate sale.

I want someone who knows how to tease and build anticipation rather than immediately jumping into generic sexting.

# ⚠️ RELIABILITY

I have a very strict no-timewasting policy.

Everyone currently working in the agency has been with me for over a year, with several team members here for 2+ years.

I'm a fair and understanding manager, and I'm looking for someone who wants the same kind of long-term position.

However, I expect hard work and reliability in return.

If you're regularly late, disappear during shifts, frequently need days off, have another job, or are the type of person who constantly has an excuse for why you can't work — PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

Emergencies obviously happen. A genuine emergency is completely different from a pattern of unreliability.
