Chatters
Handle text-based conversations
Build engagement and assist with sales
Follow scripts and upsell when needed
Compensation: biweekly base pay + performance bonuses

Chat Managers
Manage and support a team of 10–15 chatters
Monitor performance and provide coaching
Compensation:
Month 1: $1500
Month 2: $2000
Month 3+: $2000 + commission
Requirements

Good English communication skills
Sales-oriented mindset
Stable internet connection
Leadership experience preferred for manager role
