Hi, this is my 1st time posting here and also 1st na magseseek ng advice sa kung anong actions yung pwedeng gawin sa mga ganitong tao. So wayback 2024 nabenta yung bahay namin and that time nanghiram yung Tita ko (kapatid ni Mama ng 500k) then sabi huhulog hulugan na lang since kaya naman daw niya bayaran at may paupa siya 2 commercial space 40k (monthly) nakukuha niya don (so nagyes yung mother ko kasi kapatid naman and sure siya na mababayadan naman daw) kahit na medyo doubtful ako kasi even before hindi yun nakakabayad. Now 2026 na and doon sa utang na yan mga 50k pa lang nasisingil, NASISINGIL kasi hindi marunong magkusa na magbayad (qiqil is ako) need pa puntahan sa kanila para singilin tapos puro pakiusap sa ganitong araw na lang gang sa ibibigay lang 1k 2k tapos makikita mo may mga bagong sapatos, kakauwi lang from BORA, kumain sa restau, juice kong yan tapos kami dito humahagilap kung saan makakautang para hindi kami mapalayas sa inuupahan namin, ni pambili ng bigas pahirapan (since ako lang working sa amin). Ngayon nakablocked na si mama sa blue app, then pag pinupuntahan sa mismong bahay laging wala (for sure nagtatago lang) tapos last time na punta ni mama (this week lang) kasi maniningil sana siya at bday niya ang sabi ba naman nung asawa ng Tita ko, "Te wag ka muna maghanda bday lang naman yan" KINGINANG YAN haleer PERA NAMAN NAMIN YONG IPANGHAHANDA NA HINDI NIYO MABAYARAN TAPOS THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT?! WALANG BALLS EH kaimbyernang yan!HAIST KAYA SOBRANG INIT SA PINAS yung mga kampon ni S***s eh pakalat kalat. Anw now my mother is asking me na ipush ko daw magbayad yung Tita ko (we're not even close) kasi baka sa akin DAW makinig or mahiya. Kaso wala akong time para mastress sa mga ganyang klase ng tao na alam mo namang walang balak magbayad.

Kaya I'm here po, kaso may way po ba para makuha namin yung inutang ng tita ko sa amin? Or like pwede kaya mapush na kuhanin namin sa business nila yung pambayad sa utang nila since consistent sila may 40k every month pero ni piso wala man lang miabot sa amin?! In legal way po
