🚨🚨CHATTER NEEDED🚨🚨

HIRING EXPERIENCED ONLYFANS CHATTER — INFLOWW EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
I’m an independent creator looking to hire an experienced, reliable chatter to work directly for me through Infloww. I am not looking for an agency.
PAY
$2.50–$5.00/hour depending on experience
5–10% commission based on sales/performance
Opportunity for consistent, long-term work
REQUIREMENTS
Previous OnlyFans chatting and sales experience
Previous Infloww experience is required
Fluent English with excellent grammar
Fast, natural conversational skills
Must be able to learn and match my personality, vocabulary, texting style, humor, and tone so conversations sound like they are genuinely coming from me
Strong PPV sales/conversion skills without sounding scripted or overly pushy
Able to build relationships with subscribers instead of immediately trying to make a sale
Reliable, consistent, responsive, and able to follow instructions
Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting quickly
Professional and respectful with my account, content, and subscribers
APPLICATION PROCESS
All applicants will be required to complete a Google Forms application/test before being considered.
The application will include scenario-based questions designed to test your actual chatting and sales ability. For example: A subscriber has been subscribed for 2+ months but has never purchased PPV. How would you approach the conversation and work toward converting them into a buyer?
I want to see how you think and how you would actually handle real subscriber situations, not just generic answers.
Applicants must also provide proof of previous Infloww/OnlyFans chatting experience and sales performance where available. Screenshots should have all creator and subscriber names, usernames, and other private information covered.
TO APPLY:
DM me a brief introduction and I will send you the Google Forms application.
Please do not apply if you have no previous chatter experience or have never used Infloww. I’m looking for someone experienced who can demonstrate their skills and is interested in a serious, long-term position.

UTAK POS HIRING

This company is not hiring. Selection process is tedious and unnecessary: introduction video, download their app, let you experience the product itself, ask you to go over the company background and their website, and everything else. Tapos di naman ivavalidate sa interview. Lol

The interview questions are situational and mostly based on their current issues and long overdue problems that they want you to solve during the interviews. Up to 3 interviews. Paka-OA. Kala mo reputable. Lol

Yung ganitong galawan: they gather ideas and strategies for FREE from experienced candidates.

Imagine, an HR Head who does not have any prior extensive experience, with inexperienced subordinates. These kids try to look cool and smart just because conyo. “Salient” my ass. Lol

Don’t also get me started with their CEO na bastos din during the interview. Yung mga foreigners who exploit PH talents should not be legalized to put up a business here. Let me remind you Asim Haneef, your TED talk was even a flop. You did not deliver that talk. It was soooo flop, a student is even better presenting a case study. So please, wag ka masyado feeling magaling and above Filipinos.

I happen to have an opportunity to speak with their customers, as a customer seeing UTAK POS being used on that business’s payment platform. The most common comment: The product sucks, the UI/UX is super basic, and there are always an issue. And for its price, not sulit. As business owners, they would rather go the competitor: Store Hub.

And I would agree on the UI/UX being basic since they ask their candidates to download and experience the app. It’s buggy. Parang ginawa sa Paint. I’ve seen better. Lol

I get that why this company has not grown so much not by just the number of employees but also by revenue despite being more than 8 years in operations, and despite PH market having more than 95% MSMEs. Tapos they market the company that offers career growth? Clowns. That only means leadership is very very poor, right Asim? Lol.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not bitter for not getting the job. Heck! I’m even so grateful that I didn’t coz I found a job that’s 1000000000000x better than this company. DEF dodged not just a bullet, but a missile. Ganong level! Lol. So this is a realization after going thru the entire process and knowing more about this company.

So to whoever tries to apply in UTAK POS or have been contacted by this company, GURLLLLL, I say don’t just ignore. Block them. Mas deserve nila yan. Don’t join a ship that’s already sinking. Sayang ang prime years. Gamitin ang utak! Lol

Am I being scammed? How long does it take for HR to release offer letter?

I received a call from the HR on 6th August regarding my selection and she sent me a consent form to get my independence clearance for the company.
Last week we finalised the numbers and she said they are working on the offer letter and will release it in sometime. They are also awaiting independence clearance from my current company.

It’s been around 10 days since I received the call, and I still haven’t received the offer letter or any written confirmation of selection over mail from the HR. Although she is picking my calls and answering all questions I might have, but still >!hasn’t!< released the offer letter.
Does it usually take this long, or is she looking for another candidate and would not select me eventually?

My Experience Working at Brandlink Tarlac

Been working as a BPO agent at Brandlink PH TARLAC, and so far, I can say na okay naman talaga yung overall experience ko. At first, medyo nangangapa ako kasi bago pa yung environment and processes, pero eventually naging comfortable din ako sa work.

One thing I appreciate is yung mga tao sa team. Madali silang kausap and you can ask questions kapag may hindi ka sure sa process. Hindi rin yung feeling na kapag may mistake ka, bahala ka na — may guidance naman and you’re given a chance to learn from it.

Work can definitely get stressful, especially kapag maraming tasks or kailangan ng follow-ups, pero I think normal naman yun sa BPO setup. What makes it manageable for me is yung teamwork and communication within the team.

Overall, positive naman yung experience ko so far. I’ve learned a lot, especially when it comes to communication, handling different types of people, and managing tasks under pressure. Hindi man perfect lahat, but I’m glad I got the opportunity to work at Brandlink PH and gain experience from it.
