Our chatters generate an average of $5–7K in monthly sales. We're looking for people who can hit that level, or who are close and ready to get there with the right system behind them.

How it works: the Chatter Test decides
Everyone goes through the same process. No shortcuts, no favorites.
- Message me + comment your Discord: you get the application details
- Short screening: experience, availability, tools you've used
- Chatter Test: this is the filter. Only people who pass move forward.
- Discord call: we go through your results, shifts and pay
- Onboarding: scripts, chat flow, creator info, CRM, then shadowing before you work solo
The test checks:
- Writing quality
- Reply speed
- Script use without sounding robotic
- PPV sales flow
- Storylines
- Girlfriend Experience style chatting
- Objection handling
If you don't pass, you don't move on. That's how we keep the team strong.
What we expect
- Previous OF chatting experience
- Experience selling PPVs
- Understanding of scripts and storylines
- Strong English writing
- Fast replies (ideally under 2 minutes during shifts)
- Clean fan notes
- Fixed weekly availability
- Laptop/PC and stable internet
- Comfortable working with adult creator content
