I want to share a custom profile card of Colonel Morgan Whitehill and sub-faction rule of Commonwealth Enclave from America Rising 2, which I made with my friends.

By my idea, Commonwealth Enclave cannot include unique models except for Colonel Whitehill and Sole Survivor.

As a test, I'm thinking of setting the price at 130 caps for the Colonel, a few games will show how much it will need to be adjusted.

I made a stupid mistake in the card, so I had to post it again.
