Breville Barista Express 56g Extraction

so no matter how fine I grind, even accounting for the finer inner-burr adjustment, I cannot get 18g to pull to 36g. I am consistently getting 54-56g output at 25 seconds with 18g input. beans are roasted the day before I purchase, I preheat group and basket running hot water through both, use WDT, use puck screen, use spring-loaded leveled tamp at 30lb pressure.

I spend so much time tinkering around - does anybody else have any ideas?
