Blue Star 48" Range - which kind? Help!
We are building a house and I am choosing our range. The Blue Star was highly recommended by people with industry knowledge. I fell in love with a color combination for the range and hood. Now I see some really negative reviews about Blue Star induction (which is the range I was planning to purchase). I didn't realize Blue Star only recently started offering induction (2025 I think). I am wondering if we should go with gas (we can do this) and if so, I was thinking the dual fuel (gas burners, electric ovens). But for the dual fuel the service doesn't look as easy as the all gas models - the Platinum and the Nova. I am confused now! I have a Lacanche in my primary residence and I love it. This will be for a second home where we plan to spend a lot of time and - who knows - could become our primary home. Anyhow, I am very used to dual fuel and gas, and we haven't had any issues at all with the LaCanche. I'd appreciate any guidance you all have to share.
