For a long, long time I never branched out musically from the less than 10 artists I knew I liked. So after researching a bit, I've found certain threads I consistently really enjoy, which I've compiled into a list below. Just hoping to expand who and what I listen to!

Extremely Important / Core:

Funky

Jazzy

Catchy

Groovy

Strong identity

Likely Needed / Preffered Ontop:

Genre mixes

Electronic

Pop

R&B

Soul

Rock

Weird

Experimental

Vocals

Major Bonus:

Deep and/or Complicated Arranging

Deep and/or Complicated Harmony

I also like it when the concept for a song is ridiculous or funny, but still takes itself seriously musically.

Highly Dislike:

Modern country lol

Formative artists I've listened to: Jazz Emu, Garret Williamson, Bill Wurtz.
