Recovered VS bra addict who recently lost weight and now doesn’t know where to start for new bras - help!

Hi all! I did the calculator, and it suggests I’m a 32B (what I used to buy before I gained weight). I’ve been wearing size 34B skims push up bras (with underwire) and they gap, the wire is uncomfortable and my straps often slip so I’ve come to hate them. Trying to embrace my natural breast a bit more and ease away from my push up bra addiction.

I’m interested in trying wireless bras - as long as they still give me some shape. I recently bought the Zoe Jacobs Wireless Padded Bralette/Bra off Amazon which isn’t bad. Size small I’m on the tightest band setting, but the size XS was too tight on the loosest setting, so I kept the small. It’s way better than the skims bras, but I can’t help thinking there might be better out there.

I’ve been eyeballing the Harper Wilde Bliss Triangle Bralette. Anything else I should look at? Even open to another wired bra if it’s comfortable. I just want it to be as invisible as possible under a t-shirt or tighter fitting tank, and show off my natural size without pancaking them.

My measurements (hopefully did them right):

Loose Underbust: 80.5 cm/31.69 in

Snug Underbust: 78 cm/30.71 in

Tight Underbust: 73.5 cm/28.94in

Standing Bust: 84 cm/33.07 in

Leaning Bust: 85.5 cm/33.66 in

Lying Bust: 83 cm/32.68 in

Tinted SPF Recs

Recs for tinted SPF that give a slight dewy look?

Currently have Colorescience Flex which I like but it’s a little too makeup-y for me and I feel like by the end of the day it’s questionable.

My main one I use is the Tizo3 tinted primer/sunscreen which I like a lot but it’s matte and I wouldn’t mind a bit more dewy.

I wear very minimal makeup, so I like something that tints but almost feels like a moisturizer.

Hi all,

30F, 5’, carry my weight in my lower body mostly. Currently fluctuating between 123-125 lbs without calorie counting (just typically eat pretty clean and try to watch portion sizes). I’ve dropped 22 lbs in the last year and I’m satisfied with the number on the scale - however I’m not satisfied with how my legs are looking 😬

My routine has been 4-5 days a week Lia Bartha with some stationary recumbent bike. Average workout time is 45 minutes and I get up at 4 AM to do it before work. I have a small selection of dumbbells, kettlebells and bands, as well as a plyo box.

I have a trip in early June and I’d really love to be able to look at photos and not feel like my legs hide the progress I’ve made.

What are your recommendations for toning up? I’m considering calorie counting, but worried I’ll lose my ass (my best asset 😂) if I drop more weight.

I like workout videos, and started Caroline Girvan’s Iron this week, but wondering if it’s enough? Should I add in more cardio? I’d like to keep some Pilates in my routine for the core strength aspect.

Obviously genetics play a role and my lower half will never be small, but just looking for some muscle tone. I’m already overthinking strategy way too much 😂
