So, I have this smartwatch I just bought—a W10 46mm—and I can't connect it to the app (I believe it's the MActivePro app). I try to connect, but it says the connection failed; I've tried unpairing the Bluetooth and resetting the watch settings, but nothing worked. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?
