Straw tek for grafting seedlings

Hello everyone, I wanted to share a technique I developed for grafting seedlings onto pereskiopsis. Perhaps it’s been done before, but I developed it independently of any input. I’m very proud of this method and hopefully it can be useful to others!

Basically, I just use a straw with plastic wrap on one end to secure the scion to the root stock. The straw aligns the cuts and applies pressure, also maintaining humidity.

Step 1) cut a straw with a 5-6mm diameter into a 1 inch piece
Step 2) super glue a Saran Wrap cap to one end, such that the plastic wrap is tightly sealed across the mouth of the straw
Step 3) cut seedling and root stock, place seedling in distal end and slide on and push proximal end onto rootstock

Make sure the plastic wrap is stretched, so it’s pushing down on the seedling with elastic force.

And that’s my method. You saw it here first, I think 😂

Nasal TB500

Hello,

I tried nasal BPC-157 and had some benefit from this route. I am curious about trying TB500 nasal spray next, but I noticed that it is a larger molecule, so absorption may be different. I am worried about the possibility that nasal administration will not be effective. Does anyone know about this route? I find reports of combined BPC-157/TB500 nasal spray but not of TB500 on its own. If anyone has any thoughts on this, I'd appreciate hearing them!
