Speaking to turo they said that host does not l

Pay excess e.g. 250 GBP (balanced plan) if guest is found to be at fault. Is this true?

While making claim I saw message where it says the guest is liable for upto 750 GBP that I can ask them for or I can make turo handle the case.

This is confusing. What do I do?
