I wanna ask my friend to be in a QPR...
I'm AroAce! I wanna ask my friend (who's also AroAce) to be in a QPR, but I'm scared I might scare her off. She's one of the few people in my life who is comfortable with providing me some of my physical needs such as hugging, cuddling, holding hands etc.(my other friends are not comfortable with doing those kinds of things with people who aren't their romantic partners, which I can respect) We also get along great, we hang out very often, and she gets me.
We've been friends for a couple of years, but we only really started getting really close over the past few months. I'm afraid we're not close enough yet for me to ask to be in a QPR? Or I might scare her off with the offical-ness of it, and she won't be comfortable with me anymore. Maybe I don't even need to ask to be in a QPR?? I'm quite comfortable with the friendship we already have? I just want her to know that I'm completely comfortable with her, and literally whatever she wants to do I'm down. I'd deadass move in with her if she asked me to, LOL
I'm not really sure what kind of advice I'm looking for? I'm just wondering if I'm being stupid or not. Like, maybe I don't even need to be in a QPR with her?? But also I kinda want to, but also I don't really need to so I don't really care if we aren't?? As long as she's still in my life I guess... IDK LOL 😭😭
