Trying to decide between UCSD CS and Waterloo CS co-op. Co-op would help me graduate with work experience, but I’ve heard the market there has taken a dip recently too. Which would you pick and why?

Trying to decide between Delft University of Technology and University of Waterloo for CS undergrad and can’t really choose. I’m interested in AI/cybersecurity and want good internships + job opportunities after graduating, but I also want to have an actual social life and not just study all day every day. Any suggestions?
