Spring break

Okay here’s the issue, I go to VT and my significant other goes to Radford.

For whatever reason our spring breaks are exactly a week off from each other, the only overlap is one weekend. I would still like to spend time with them but I am also worried about academics. I know that college is different from high school but would it be detrimental to maybe miss a few days after the VT spring break in order to go on a short trip?

I don’t know if it makes any difference but I am in the ISC program and I will have one online class and likely one other in person class next semester.

Note: my idea was that I would miss mon and tue getting back from spring break and they would miss the Friday before theirs so 5 only 2 absences for me 1
for them

Facebook marketplace advice!

Hello all,

Here’s the case, I have a buying coming this weekend to purchase a vehicle from me in excess of $1,000. I feel like I have taken all the necessary steps to make sure the transaction is safe such as requesting that the deal happens at a local police department.

My biggest concern is check bouncing, fake cash, or other fraudulent payments during this exchange.

For whatever reason, my PayPal account has been permanently disabled and PayPal refuses to even tell me why or appeal so that is off the table, this is ironic as I have never even used PayPal for a transaction but whatever.

What are you guy’s thoughts on the matter of getting safe, secure, and reliable payment from the buyer?

Thanks!
