TLDR;
Base in Bahrain was the main resupply station for our carriers in the region, it got blown to shit, and Hegseth and friends swept it under the rug and stomped on all attempts to report on this being the cause of resupply issues.
With these long deployments going on with Lincoln, and now apparently George HW Bush too, are there any Navy guys who might be able to give insight to the food and provisions situation?
I'm not navy, but from what I understand they follow the same principle as every other branch. 3 support personnel for every war fighter, extended to ships. I thought they had a fairly extensive resupply network of ships and material to rapidly move stuff for when shit goes south?
I get the lack of planning, I get the stupidity of this operation and our leadership, and all that jazz. My question is more like "WTF?". Why is this taking soooooo fucking long to fix? Clogged plumbing on deployment I can understand (little hard to fix away from port mayhaps). Rotten/expired provisions and other resource related issues...not so much.

I'm not black American, never lived the struggle and never will, but I wanted to pose a question if anyone could answer.
I know there was the whole thing with Jasmine Crockett and Talarico, tension and whatnot after the primary. But the point of my question is that... I don't follow Talarico's campaign all the time, so I'm confused about his stance with black Texans.
I'm sure overall he has support and whatever, but I keep seeing posts and stuff saying that black Texans don't "trust" him. And I guess I just don't really understand what he might be doing wrong. It seems like he's reaching out enough to multiple demographics, so yeah, I was just curious about some thoughts.
