I’ve had bunions on both toes since childhood, but the right has always been bigger. I think it has progressed recently and is starting to cause some pain, specifically after wearing tight wellies and doing Pilates exercises on my toes.

Since this I have decided to research more and am interested to hear whether this is moderate? Have people ever really had success with non surgical measures? And if you’ve had surgery, when would you do it? I’m 30s with two young kids so am on my feet non stop.

Thanks

Recommendations

Looking for the best recommendations for non surgical treatment. What types of spacers? Are correct toes the best? And do they come as a pair or do you purchase two? I can’t see that info on their website

My second child is just about to turn 9 months old. She has self settled for bed and naps for months now, and generally sleeps well overnight (up 1-2x for a feed, she is BF).

However, during the day she still only does 2x 30 min naps. Despite self settling. At this age, my son was doing 2x 1.5 hour naps.

This hasn’t bothered me, I figured she’s low sleep needs and often has to fit around a toddler. That is until the last few nights where she really seems to be fighting bedtime and not self settling as easy as before.

She never seems tired! Prev wake windows have been about 2.5-3/3-3.5/3-4. I’ve tried earlier, later, the naps remain the same length.

Could it be that she needs a one nap schedule to get her doing a longer nap? I know it seems too young…

Any advice or thoughts appreciated
