first rep moved funny, but second rep moved good! one more week left to the training block, let's see what i can put up for squat doubles! lesgeddit 🤪
this is the only 3 plates i'll get for now.... did this a while back, technically it's 5 reps but i did take a mini break between the 4th and 5th rep as i was getting quite unstable, but PR is PR! if anyone's asking, my BW is 92kg ish at the time of this recording 🤗
Bench is finally picking up some good momentum now that im training 4 days a week and not 2 because i'm now a civilian!🥳
PSA: You dont need to arch like this for the bench press, i arch like this because im a powerlifter that is trying to maximize his own leverages to move as much weight as possible. Just to be clear....
did this session in the early morning and safe to say.... im not a morning person 🤣 but nonetheless, i think it moved pretty okay all things considered, but i did rush a little on the 2nd rep... 🙃
im just tryna fill out my weight class, so these exercises are what i do for me to gain some size and strength in my upper body, i dont focus too much on my lower body simply because i am more lower body dominant, so my legs has naturally been stronger than my upper body, and im trying to beat the mewtwo allegations 😭
you might be asking, why 4 parts? because i only train 4 days a week and i dont change my exercises unless deemed necessary because i believe that you can only see tangible results when you do an exercise for a long period of time and that you go hard on that exercise!
Squats has been pretty promising this block, this is 12.5kgs away from my 1RM, let's try to squat something nice by the end of this training block!
