Listed 50 items (used clothing) and got so much attention. Things were going great. Sold my first item on the 4th and the very next day, traffic completely fell off.

I received an email right after stating "your funds will be avaliable for payout once we receive delivery confirmation". They detected unusual selling activity.

Shipped the item and completed it. Sold a second item on the 7th from a watcher and it also got completed. Received both payouts. However, my traffic hasn't really recovered even with promoted listings enabled + 80 more items added.

Both orders delivered successfully but still no reviews. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
