Currently working in enterprise technology – started with middleware/integration, transitioned to data engineering and analytics, and for the last 3 years have been focused on AI and ML-driven decision support
• Primary client work has been supporting a large defense/manufacturing organization – helping them use data and AI for operational decisions (supply chain, production, procurement analytics, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• No patents, no publications, no academic affiliations

Questions I have:

1. Is the manufacturing + AI angle strong enough as a proposed endeavor given no academic output?
   2. What evidence types have worked for practitioners (non-academics) in similar profiles?
   3. Should I be building LinkedIn articles, trade publication contributions, or open-source work right now to strengthen the petition?
   4. Any experience with attorneys who specialize in tech/AI practitioner profiles?
