Want a comfortable fit pt2
Following on from my previous post I've raised the seat by about 1cm and recorded a video.
Background is mid/upper back fatigue and hip fatigue on long rides. Need to keep head more upright to see through glasses properly. Prioritise comfort over maximum speed.
Feels pretty reasonable in this position but if I lean in to reduce the reach I feel my back starting to work which I know will become painful after a while.
Any other changes to make to the fitting? Or is this a "you need to improve your back/core strength" thing?
