Last Winter I had a few truly excellent thermal shock processed beans through Scenery that really rocked my world.

Unfortunately, so far this year a lot of my bean purchases have been disappointing to middling.

Does anyone know of some particularly tasty (and not oppressively expensive) thermal shock beans that are currently available?
