I have the trusted driver badge (the green diamond one). After finishing a race today I got a message: "congratulations you are now a good driver (blue thumbs up badge)"

So basically I got demoted. My question is: Is the demotion message just really weirdly phrased or is this a bug where the game thinks I got promoted to good driver even if I was a trusted driver before?

One race later I got the trusted driver badge back, which makes me think it has to be a bug otherwise the badges would not change this quickly, right?

Why are there no more 200% Fuel races? I loved these 40min races with a forced pit stop for refueling. I basically only drove them and now they are completely gone.
