What would you do?

I just pulled this from a BB and Im wondering if it could get a PSA 10 by any chance, the corner cuts are pretty crisp in shape. I Couldn't see any scratch or dent in plain sight.

Should I wait for PSA to stablish in EU to send it?

Would you set the minimum grade to 10 only? Or 9 and 10?
