I am trying to wire the Liftmaster LM850 universal transmitter to the sliding gate motor Aleko AR 1400. I'd like to set it up for one button operation.

The Aleko has headers for COM, STP, CLS, OPN.

Can I get a sanity check? Because I have no actual idea what I'm doing, only what I've tried to piece together from random videos.

From the LM850 I have my positive and negative going into the AC24V ports on the aleko board.

From the LM850 I have the N.O. terminal wired to the OPN terminal of the aleko and I have the LM850 COM wired to Aleko COM. Does this sound correct?

The LLMs I've asked for advice don't seem trust worthy as it told me to wire one wire to the 12v and the other to the ac24v
