Experience with Sahvaim AD5M nozzles
I was wondering if people have had similar experiences to mine.
I ordered a set of nozzles (0.25, 0.4, 0.6) on Amazon from Sahvaim. The day they arrive I put in the 0.6, run all the calibrations on the AD5M and 30 seconds into the print I hear loud scraping and the printing says it can’t read the temperature.
I look at the nozzle and it is snapped off of the copper radiator and being held on by the filament. My guess is the glue holding it to the nozzle was cheap/melted and it broke off, scraping up the print bed.
I repacked the nozzles and they gave me a replacement set. I again set up the 0.6 and it worked perfectly for several days. Yesterday I set up the 0.4, recalibrated the machine, and the same thing happened. I’m just requesting a refund now.
Has this happened with anyone else? They have good reviews but it seems like they used Elmer’s glue to assemble their nozzles
