hey yall, I have got a 98 at 356k kms that has started acting up today, occasionally when I start the car the fan will not turn on and blow no matter what setting it is on but will start working after a few minutes of driving, there seems to be a little noise coming from the glove box area as well that started when this issue did, anyone has this problem before

update: this didnt fix it when the problem first started but now switching to recirculate and back fixes it
