Title.

I have no idea what is going on. I've tried updating drivers, reinstalling them, resetting, trying different USB ports - nothing. It started happening a few days ago.
The only solution so far has been to reinstall windows, which I've done twice now. They're gone on the next boot. That cannot be the only solution to this problem.

I am completely at a loss. Please help.
