I recently left or was let go I’m not too sure, I was having a hard day on prep which always happens, prep is the one spot in our kitchen where there is literally 1 person only working on everything, and I have BPD so I get emotional, well my shift lead was there (I know this wasn’t a smart move you don’t have to tell me) and I said I’m stressed and I feel like I wanna walk out. Which everyone there says. But then I was called into the office and hr said they will honor my request and to clock out and leave. Did I get fired or quit? I never said the words I quit or even attempted to walk out.
