We had 2 delivery drivers cancel the same order after it was taken out to them. The first was because we wouldn't help load it and the second was because he said it was too big. Mondays are always busy for us, but today was a lot busier than usual on top of dealing with those.

One of the areas I sometimes don't like picking is clothes because a lot of times it's either not scanned into a location or they never change the location when they move it.
