Fraud uber drivers
Recently i was travelling in an auto from santacruz to thane and as we reached close to my drop point which was 10-15 mins away the auto driver did some gimmick and halted the auto. He got down and acted to check something and said his clutch cable was broken and since we were on middle of the road he made my father who is old get down and asked me to push the auto to the sideway. I pushed it in an act of kindness and then he charged me the whole trip amount. I questioned him about it and he said that i will have to pay whatever the fare was showing in the app. I did not argue with him much as my father was along me and we needed to reach home at the earliest because of his health condition and plus there were cars around us so i paid and we crossed the road. The auto driver was checking on us if we are leaving but we stayed there on the opposite side. So the driver hand pushed his auto till some distance. I told my father stay at one place and i followed the auto guy. After a point he sat in his auto and took off. This is a serious fraud. If i were alone i would have followed him and faced him but i had to stay because of my father. I complained this to the customer support and they said they will look into it and resolve but they said next day that they cannot do anything. I have cursed them so much that they will not live peacefully with the looted money. Such a sad state with all these fraud companies who hire such fraud drivers.
